Thursday is the new orange!

Lake Michigan Sept 24 14

Here I go again, filling the blogosphere with my captures of fleeting moments as the sun peeks over the horizon.

This morning the sky was enveloped in tints of orange and red.  Under the Tuscan Sun? *grin* No, it’s Chicago, greeting the day with surreal splendor.

Good morning!!!  I hope your day is filled with inspiration!

Now that’s a beautiful photo! You live in a terrific location. 🙂 The sunrise here, too, was great at least from the cameras on top of the local broadcast antennas. Here on the ground it looks pretty much the same everyday. 😦 I need a little more room to see the beauties of nature as you see them. Thanks for sharing!

Ah, thanks so much, Mike! I am so grateful for this phenomenal scenery. It changes so often that I liken it to an every-changing painting. With dark, grey clouds that roar past the windows, to the sun shining on the water, it truly is a fantastic location. Oh yes, you most certainly do need a little more room to see the sights. No climbing on top of the antennas though, k? *grin Cher xo

I once took a picture with this phone in a direction that clearly shouldn’t have made for a very good picture. The sun was extremely bright, and for some unbeknownst reason, it was perfect. No skill my dear, just luck (well, gratitude, so perhaps that was it!) xo 🙂 Thank you, Jane!
